Changing Text in References

Global editing commands make it easy to keep your reference data consistent.

The Find and Replace command searches for text in your library and either deletes that text or replaces it with other text that you specify. The Change Fields command modifies any field in your library by either inserting text at the beginning or end of the field, replacing all contents of the field with different text or deleting the contents of the field. The Move / Copy Fields command moves the entire contents of a field to a different field.

Note: Be sure that you have a current backup of your library; these operations cannot be undone with the Undo command.
